The operating principle
Intelligence supervises. The desk decides. Execution delivers.

Three roles. One loop. One accountable team. This is how we run a brokerage’s book — and why each part answers to the next.

The idea

Every brokerage runs on the same loop.

Watch the flow. Decide what to do. Carry it out. Most setups blur these three jobs together — a dashboard that also trades, an engineer who also judges risk, an automation that acts with no one accountable. We keep them separate and deliberate.

A machine watches. The desk decides — by hand or on autopilot. Execution carries it out. Each has exactly one job — and each answers to the next.

One pulse: flow enters, intelligence sees it, the desk decides, execution delivers — then the result feeds back.
01
Intelligence supervises.
The instrument
Trading Intelligence Platform (TIP)

It watches everything, and judges nothing on its own. Every minute, around the clock, it scores every active account — skill, risk, toxicity, edge, behaviour, fraud patterns — measures every fill, and surfaces exposure before it becomes a loss.

A score is not a verdict. A flag can go up this minute and down the next, and every day it checks the direction: getting sharper, or losing the edge. It never places a trade. It is the eyes of the operation, not the hands.

“Intelligence sees everything — and decides nothing. That line never moves.”

02
The desk decides.
The instrument
Smart Dealing Desk — manual or automatic

The desk turns what intelligence surfaces into action — A-book or B-book, per order, not per account. No account is moved to another group. Nobody changes a setting on the trading server. One order can go to the market and the next can stay in-house, because a flag changed in between.

Run it by hand, or switch it to automatic and it routes every order by your rules, 24/7. The broker writes the rules, the desk runs them, a person watches the board. The rules, and the control, stay with you.

“The book follows the trader, minute by minute.”

03
Execution delivers.
The instrument
FIX Gateway — our own execution path

The decision, carried out exactly — no drift, no guessing. Our own gateway takes the desk’s call and delivers it: direct market access, deterministic routing, controlled slippage and markup.

Execution does not interpret. It does precisely what the desk decided, on infrastructure we control end-to-end — not a rented bridge we cannot see inside.

“A good decision, badly executed, is a bad decision.”

The loop

Then it feeds back.

Nothing is set and forgotten. The result of every decision — the fill, the markout, the P&L — returns to intelligence, which measures it and sharpens the next call. Watch, decide, act, measure, repeat.

Monitor → Decide → Adjust → Verify — continuously
Why keep them separate

Each role is weak alone.

Blur the three together and, when something breaks, no one owns it — the vendor blames the bridge, the bridge blames the feed. We keep the roles distinct, and one team owns the whole loop.

The principle

Intelligence supervises. The desk decides. Execution delivers.

One loop. One accountable team. Operated brokerage infrastructure.
